Its objective has always been that of becoming a reference point of excellence on the European thermosetting coatings market and has thus made the necessary investments in human resources and technologies to achieve the objectives it has set.

Since it began its activities RIPOL has implemented a production cycle which complies with ISO 9001, obtaining certification just 2 years following the start-up.
While scrupulously observing all of the environmental and safety standards and norms, RIPOL decided to wait until 2019 to apply for UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001 certification.
RIPOL has also obtained all of the main product certifications in the world of thermosetting powder coatings. The smooth gloss, semi-gloss and matt polyesters are QUALICOAT class 1 and standard GSB type-approved. The wrinkled polyesters are QUALICOAT type-approved while the gloss polyesters have also obtained the prestigious QUALICOAT class 2 and Master GSB certification.
RIPOL also offers epoxy systems which are QUALISTEEL C4 and C5 type-approved and polyester and epoxy systems which are RINA (Italian Register of Shipping) type-approved.

RIPOL has always placed environmental protection, safety and the wellbeing of its people and the end user at the heart of its activities starting with the choice of the materials, deciding to produce coatings in thermosetting powder with low environmental impact. For this reason, raw materials that require labelling are not used in our formulas and a “total safety” philosophy is promoted and pursued in the company.
The principle of environmental respect that has inspired RIPOL can be seen also in its production plants which have been designed and built using the most technologically advanced solutions available on the market.
No water is used in the production cycle and the cooling systems are closed circuit. A modern dust collector covers the entire production area and special filters optimize the quality of the air in the plant and prevent dispersion into the external atmosphere.
