Fields of UseThe RIPOL ACE systems meet the specific needs of the agricultural, construction and earth moving sector and are applied to substrates such as aluminium, steel and galvanized steel. They are super durable systems designed to guarantee, also in single coat, exceptional performance in the most extreme conditions. They have excellent mechanical characteristics (adhesion, hardness, flexibility and impact resistance) and, at the same time, perfect resistance to corrosion. They also offer high resistance to the chemical agents used in these sectors.
For steel RIPOL recommends two coats of RIPOL systems: a primer and a polyester coat from the RIPOL ACE series (Series 59L and 69L).
RIPOL’s polyester powder coatings have excellent UV resistance characteristics, no chalking, excellent mechanical characteristics, good resistance to chemical agents (detergents, lubricants, acids...
