To reach the ambitious goal of Total Quality without losing the necessary flexibility guaranteeing the customer's maximum satisfaction, we have made a huge investment in ultramodern machine technology and a completely integrated computerized system (ERP).
The raw materials are ordered according to MRP logic so that company profitability is maximised and stock levels reduced to the minimum.
When they arrive the raw materials are labelled with a bar code and then subjected to severe quality controls: only the materials that meet RIPOL specifications are accepted and therefore made available for pick up by the computerized system.
The operators who perform the picking operations pick up the raw materials planned for production and accepted during the previous phase by using a radio frequency terminal.
Each weighing station is fitted with interconnected personal computer, bar code reader, label printer and scales. The planned orders appear directly on each terminal and are filled according to the preset sequence. Thanks to this computerized control system RIPOL was able to practically reduce weighing errors to zero during the weighing phase.

Very modern turbo mixers are used to mix each container, unambiguously defined by the bar code.
The pre-mixed products thus obtained are extruded with state-of-the-art machinery according to the preset sequence in the system. Therefore we can always guarantee the traceability of the production batches.

The milling phase occurs in technologically cutting edge mills with particle size analysis according to the sequence set in the system. After being manufactured the products are packed into cardboard boxes or big bags.
The boxes are labelled with a bar code and automatically stored in a warehouse where the product cannot be picked up before being controlled by our Quality Assurance Office.

Only after undergoing the meticulous checks prescribed by the control procedures of each article, are the finished products released for shipping.
The shipping is done with the aid of radio frequency terminals so that the issue of transport documents, technical and safety data sheets is completely automated and errors are virtually eliminated.
