So ever since the first day of production, RIPOL has had a Quality System conforming to the norm UNI EN ISO 9001 (2000) that: Assures customer satisfaction and fulfils their expectations; Guarantees the quality policy's internal transparency; Sets suitable procedures ensuring this is carried out correctly; Verifies it has been applied correctly; Improves the company's culture and makes it turn into Total Quality, reducing the costs of "non quality"; Establishes a continuously evolving quality system and always in keeping with low costs requirements, paying particular attention to environment protection, health and safety of people and things Creates the correct internal and external company information channels; Promotes and publicizes a mentality of "continuous improvement"; Implements a program of co-operation with our supplier; Creates a "partnership" relationship with the customer. In order to obtain the objective of Total Quality, RIPOL acquired a highly sophisticated and completely integrated computerized system (ERP), which automatically manages the handling of all raw materials and finished products with bar codes, from their arrival to their shipment, as well as specific software to manage quality and security. RIPOL felt it was important to certify not only its quality system, but also its dedicated products for the architecture world and so has obtained the prestigious international QUALICOAT and GSB certifications.   From its very beginning RIPOL has always made the issue of the final user's environment protection, health and safety, as well as that of its own human resources, the cornerstone criterion in its choice of raw materials, deciding to manufacture its thermosetting powder coatings with very low environmental impact. So RIPOL has not put any raw material requiring special labelling, such as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, etc.) and TGIC, into its formulas. To improve our customers' protection and to guarantee the best and most consistent quality through time, RIPOL also chose to use only the best European companies as suppliers, i.e. UNI ES ISO 9001 (2000) and preferably UNI EN ISO 14000 certified, and actively committed to environmental policies. The logic of respecting the surrounding world also guided RIPOL in the design of its own plant and utilization of the most recent state-of-the-art technologies available on the market. The production cycle does not require the use of water and we use only water tight cooling systems. Inside the plant we use a very modern powder removal system that covers the entire production area, optimizing air quality inside and preventing any powder dispersion into the external atmosphere by using suitable filters.   From the point of view of continuous improvement to reach excellence, RIPOL set the goal of obtaining the UNI EN ISO 14000 certification by the year 2005 and so is actively working towards this.
